Lawyer Bi Jun entered the Shanghai Higher People's Court in 1989 and later worked in the Shanghai Intermediate People's Court, where he engaged in criminal trial work and has many years of trial practice experience. After leaving his job in the court, Lawyer Bi Jun worked in several law firms and joined Shanghai Hengye Law Firm in 1999 as a partner.

During his practice as a lawyer, Lawyer Bi Jun was awarded the honorary titles of Outstanding Lawyer and Business Model in the Judicial Administration System three times. Handled more than 500 cases in total, served as legal counsel for more than ten companies and units, and handled many legal aid cases at the same time.

In his more than 20 years of practicing law, Lawyer Bi Jun has mainly focused on corporate listings, real estate projects, engineering cases and criminal defense cases. In the course of practicing over the years, I have handled many criminal cases that have a major impact in this city. I have served as the legal counsel for four real estate companies, provided legal services for three companies to list on the N and E versions of the Shanghai Equity Custody and Trading Center, provided continuous supervision and special legal services for a New OTC company, and is currently providing legal services for the listing of four companies. During this period, he was also involved in practical work in financial law, establishing in-depth cooperative relationships with banks such as China Construction Bank, and providing litigation case agency, real estate industry consulting and auction legal services to relevant banks.
