Attorney Shi Yang also holds a bachelor’s degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from East China Normal University, and a master’s degree in law from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom. Currently, he is the director of Shanghai Hengye Law Firm, mainly engaged in the fields of banking and finance, Internet and dispute resolution. He has provided a wide range of legal services to numerous banks and non-bank financial institutions. He has participated in a number of major and complex transaction projects in the Internet, cultural media and other fields, and has rich industry experience.
